Sennelier Stand Oil

Sennelier Stand Oil is a Linseed oil polymerised in the absence of air creating a full bodied, very bright, clear, honey-like viscosity medium. Stand Oil can be used undiluted but, due to high viscosity, it is preferable to thin with spirits, improving transparency, fluidity and smoothing brushstrokes.

An excellent medium for glazing and detail work, Stand Oil reduces the possible appearance of cracking while being slow drying. Sennelier Stand Oil is slightly yellowing, favouring gloss.
