Golden Matte Medium

Golden Matte Medium is a viscous, pourable acrylic medium useful for extending acrylic colour, increasing translucency and decreasing gloss. Also useful as a translucent ground, Matte Medium can act similarly to Clear Gesso, creating an adequate "tooth" for paint to adhere to.

Due to the translucent effect created by Golden Matte Medium the painting surface will appear slightly darker while Gesso may be preferable as a ground when painting in oils. Available in 236ml, 473ml and 946ml containers.
