Liquitex Iridescent Medium

Liquitex Iridescent Medium produces a range of iridescent or metallic colours when mixed into acrylic paint, drying to a transparent to translucent finish when dry. Colour can be gradually added to achieve the desired iridescent quality and transparency; transparency is increased as the medium content is increased.

Upon drying the Liquitex Iridescent Medium/Acrylic Paint mix becomes much more reflective and increases in its iridescent quality. For Mother of Pearl Colour use the medium directly from the container however for use on fabrics thin with 50 per cent water.
