As well as being smooth to apply and smudge proof, Polychromos pencils have a buttery smooth colour laydown and are easily blended and layered, with no waxy build up. Polychromos pencils can be sharpened to a a fine point while not being brittle allowing the use for fine detail work as well as colouring.
